Reportedly, on December 12, 2019 at 07:30, coal products were delivered to Andijan by the “OOOTA Minirals” LLC in 13 semi-open wagons from the Republic of Kazakhstan.
According to the press service of the Interior Ministry, these semi-open wagons stopped at the Paytug railway station. After the coal products were unloaded, the empty wagons started to move downwards, as no chocks were fastened under the wheels of the wagons.
