Commander of the Guard troops of Interior Ministry appointed. Criminal case instituted against ex-leader Dmitry Pan
Colonel Khasan Batirov has been appointed commander of the Guard troops of the Interior Ministry.
Prior to his appointment, Batirov worked as deputy commander of the corps of internal troops at the Interior Ministry for combat and special training.
It should be recalled that a criminal case was instituted against the former commander of the Guard troops, Major General Dmitry Pan.
According to the press service of the Prosecutor General’s Office, on November 19, 2019, the military prosecutor’s office opened a criminal case against the former commander Major General Dmitry Pan under Article 301 (abuse of power) of the Criminal Code of Uzbekistan.
