Documents on land allocation to be published on the website of khokimiyats from March 1

Earlier, in mid-December 2019, the President signed a decree “On additional measures to ensure the supremacy of the Constitution and the law, strengthening public control in this direction, as well as improving the legal culture in society”.

According to the document, from March 1 of the current year, decisions on radical reconstruction and improvement of the architectural appearance of settlements, as well as on construction and restoration work in them, will be initially discussed among the population of this territory and will undergo a public examination.

In addition, the adopted documents on the allocation of land to individuals and legal entities will be published on the official website of the relevant khokimiyat within one day.
