More than 100 facts of non-compliance with quarantine regime detected in a day in Tashkent

On March 25, in Tashkent, police officers detected 101 facts of non-compliance with the quarantine regime, the press service of the police department reported.
Thus, during the inspections in mahallas, shops, as well as during round-the-clock patrolling by law enforcement officers, together with the National Guard military personnel, the followings have been identified in streets of the city and in other public places:
- 66 persons were not wearing a medical mask. The offense protocols were drawn up in relation to these persons, which is provided for in Article 53 “Violation of sanitary legislation” of the Administrative Responsibility Code. The sanction of this Article provides for the imposition of a fine on citizens from 1 to 3 basic calculating amounts (BCAs), and on officials – from 5 to 10 BCAs;
- 35 persons violated the home quarantine regime and left their houses without permission. In relation to these persons, the offense protocols were drawn up. They were brought to administrative responsibility in accordance with Article 54 “Violation of the rules for combating epidemics” of the Administrative Responsibility Code. The sanction of this Article provides for the imposition of a fine on citizens from 3 to 5 BCAs, and on officials – from 10 to 15 BCAs.
