All members of the Senate of Oliy Majlis tested for coronavirus

Members of the Senate of Oliy Majlis and its staff have been tested for coronavirus, the Koronavirus Info Telegram channel reports.

“The Senate Chairperson Tanzila Narbayeva has been tested for coronavirus. Senators and employees of the Senate also underwent the test,” the report said.

It is noted that in the Senate, no cases of infection were detected.

Earlier, the head of the State Inspection for Sanitary and Epidemiological Control Nurmat Otabekov said that Uzbekistan has a reserve of 200 thousand test kits for detecting coronavirus.

It should be recalled that biotechnologists at the Center for Advanced Technologies under the Ministry of Innovative Development have developed a test system for detecting the COVID-19.
