Snowfall causes interruptions in power supply in some regions of Uzbekistan
Due to adverse weather conditions observed throughout Uzbekistan, temporary interruptions in the supply of electricity are observed in various regions of the country, the Regional Electric Networks JSC reports.
Heavy snow that fell on April 8 caused damage to tree branches and electrical networks.

At present, operational teams of power supply enterprises carry out repair and restoration work in all regions of the republic.

“JSC Regional Electric Networks takes measures to complete these works and restore electricity supply. We apologize to consumers for temporary interruptions in power supply,” the message says.
