Coronavirus: Number of recovered reaches 168

According to the press service of the Ministry of Health, 5 patients in Bukhara, 3 in Khorezm and 4 in Fergana have fully recovered from the coronavirus infection.

“They were discharged from regional infectious diseases hospitals and sent to rehabilitation centers at places,” the ministry said in a statement.

11 of the 12 patients were brought back from foreign countries to Uzbekistan on special charter flights (8 from Turkey, 3 from Russia), another 1 patient became ill after being in contact with previously infected people.

So far, the total number of recovered patients in the country has reached 168.
