Fergana region introduces differential fare system for public transport
Fergana authorities have introduced a differentiated fare system for city public transport, following an order signed by regional governor Khayrullo Bozorov.

The new system is designed to offer variable pricing based on payment methods, benefiting passengers who choose cashless options.
Under the new fare structure, cash payments on city buses will cost 3,000 UZS, while payments made using the ATTO system or bank cards will be 2,400 UZS. Additionally, passengers transferring to another bus within an hour using a transportation card will pay 1,600 UZS for the first transfer, with any further transfers within the hour being free of charge.
The fare for minibus rides is set at 4,000 UZS, regardless of the payment method. Children under the age of seven can travel on buses free of charge.
