New rector of Tashkent State Transport University has been appointed, the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education reported.
By the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers dated June 16, 2020, Odil Abdurahmanov has been appointed rector of Tashkent State Transport University.
Odil Abdurahmanov was born in 1978. Prior to that, he served as Deputy Advisor to the President on Youth, Science, Education, Health and Sports.
He also served as the First Deputy Minister of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education, Chief Adviser in the Presidential Administration, Head of the Republican Research Center for Employment and Occupational Safety under the Ministry of Employment and Labor Relations.
