BCE confiscates 3 cars and 107 types of property of Turonbank
The Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement (BCE) under the Prosecutor General’s Office reported that the collection of citizens’ deposits in the amount of $100 thousand from the Zangiota branch of Turonbank is underway.
Earlier, Kun.uz published an article stating that the Zangiota branch of Turonbank did not return the money deposited by Ziyodakhon and Fatima Musakhodjayeva.
Farrukh Toshpulatov, head of the Public Relations and Legal Information Department of the BCE under the Prosecutor General’s Office, briefed on the ongoing enforcement proceedings.
According to the writ of execution No. 2-1104-1803/13121 of the Zangiota interdistrict court for civil cases, dated June 10, 2019, the Zangiota district branch of the BCE received the executive document on the collection of a total of 426,462,937 soums in favor of Z. K. Musakhodjayeva, 426,462,937 soums – in favor of F. Kh. Musakhodjayeva, and 33,054,280 soums – in favor of the state from the Zangiota branch of JSCB Turonbank on August 19, 2019.
In accordance with relevant articles on enforcement procedures, a decision “on the initiation of enforcement proceedings” was issued and sent to the parties.
During the enforcement proceedings, a search was announced in accordance with the decision of the state executor in respect of 10 vehicles on the balance of the Zangiota branch of JSCB Turonbank.
According to the results of the search, on November 12, 2019, 3 vehicles belonging to the debtor were confiscated and an act was drawn up. The vehicles were handed over for temporary storage to J. Z. Yuldashev, an employee of the Zangiota branch of JSCB Turonbank, under Article 232 of the Criminal Code.
In addition, on November 18, 2019, within the framework of the enforcement proceedings, a total of 107 types of property were registered and confiscated in the building of the debtor bank. They were given in the prescribed manner to the employee of the Zangiota branch of JSCB Turonbank A. E. Abdujalilov for temporary storage.
In order to carry out enforcement actions, on June 17, 2020, the BCE department went to the legal address of the Zangiota branch of JSCB Turonbank. The debtor’s Chevrolet Lacetti and Cobalt cars were registered and confiscated. The vehicles were blacklisted and handed over to the bank manager of the Zangiota branch U. Tangirov for temporary storage in the prescribed manner. Currently, measures are being taken to assess the seized vehicles. Enforcement actions are controlled by the BCE.
