Uzbekistan, Belarus eye to strengthen bilateral relations
On August 6, Deputy Foreign Minister of Uzbekistan Ilhom Nematov met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus Leonid Marinich.
According to the MFA press service, the parties exchanged views on prospects for deepening Uzbek – Belarus relations and noted the steady development of bilateral cooperation in all areas of mutual interest.
The sides discussed the schedule of the upcoming joint events, including the issue of holding the next meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission on bilateral cooperation, as well as Made in Belarus exhibition in autumn 2020 in Tashkent.
