Swindler who promised help with enrollment in university for $5,000 detained in Fergana
A criminal case has been initiated on this fact.

In the Fergana region, citizen Sh.T. gained the trust of N.U. and promised to arrange his admission to the Kokand State Pedagogical Institute for $5,000 through his acquaintances in high positions.
The fraudster was caught red-handed while receiving the money, press secretary of the Prosecutor General’s Office Khayot Shamsutdinov said.
On this fact, a criminal case has been initiated against Sh.T. under articles 168, 28 and 211 of the Criminal Code. An investigation is underway.
