“Our compatriots come to Russia without certain knowledge and skills, with no clear prospects and purpose” – Ambassador Asadov
At the International Press Club session, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Uzbekistan to Russia Botirjon Asadov spoke about the problems of our compatriots in Russia.
“Our compatriots come to Russia in an unorganized manner, without certain knowledge and skills and with no clear prospects and purpose. These are the root causes that bring up other problems for labor migrants in Russia,” Botirjon Asadov said.
He noted that a roadmap is being developed jointly with the Russian Embassy and 6 Consulates General:
“One of the most important tasks before us – organizing short-term training courses for labor migrants, teaching them Russian and improving their professional skills,” he added.
