Tuition fee in higher educational institutions of Uzbekistan announced for 2020/2021 academic year
During the pandemic, tuition fees for full-time students have been reduced by 10 percent due to declining incomes.
Blogger Khushnudbek Khudoyberdiyev has calculated the approximate amount of the tuition fee for full-time students both who receive a stipend and who do not receive it.
According to him, the lowest tuition fee in public universities for those who do not receive a stipend is 5 million 771 thousand soums and the highest one – 8 million 828 thousand soums. For students who receive a stipend, the lowest tuition fee is 10 million 907 thousand soums and the highest – 13 million 964 thousand soums.
At the University of World Economy and Diplomacy, as an exception, the tuition fee without a stipend is 15 million 584 thousand soums, and with a stipend – 20 million 720 soums.
