Academic lyceums to conduct classes in traditional form starting October 15
Starting October 15 this year, academic lyceums under higher education institutions will begin classes in the traditional form, the Ministry of Higher Education reported.
Thus, once the requirements of sanitary rules have been met and the decisions of parents and deputies have been approved, regional working groups will decide on the readiness of academic lyceums to start the educational process.
District (city) councils of people’s deputies are discussing the question of starting the educational process in academic lyceums in the traditional form. Also, they arrange interviews with parents to determine when and how to start the process.
For now, attendance is not compulsory.
Based on quarantine requirements, student dormitories and canteens/cafeterias in educational institutions are not yet allowed to operate.
