As Kun.uz correspondent reports, at the beginning of the hearing, a representative of the Antimonopoly Committee asked the court to involve customers of the company and Azimavtomotive LLC as a third independent party in the case. However, after discussion, the court rejected the request on the grounds that the number and identity of the company’s consumers were not clear, and the claim did not directly affect their rights and interests.

Then the representative of the Antimonopoly Committee filed a second petition with the court, in which he asked the representative of UzAuto Motors to give a legal assessment of the actions, consisting of libel and insults they used against the committee. After hearing the parties on this issue, it was announced that explanations would be given after the announcement of the final court decision.

Further, the opinions of the parties were heard. Then the judge went to the deliberation room to make a decision.

According to the court decision, the appeal of the claimant (UzAuto Motors) to invalidate the decision of the Special Commission under the Antimonopoly Committee was satisfied and it was declared invalid.

In addition, the Antimonopoly Committee must compensate UzAuto Motors for material damage in the amount of 2.2 million soums (state fee for filing an appeal) and 20 thousand soums (postage).

After the announcement of the decision, the presiding judge explained to the parties why the court came to such a conclusion. In addition, the term and procedure for appealing the decision were clarified.
