Managers of several banks dismissed from office in Khorezm
After the President’s visit to the Khorezm region, managers of several banks were dismissed from office.
According to Kun.uz correspondent, Shavkat Mirziyoyev criticized them for passive work in the field of family entrepreneurship development.
“We have dismissed managers of several banks and appointed temporary ones. The next three months will be a trial period. Questions about appointments will then be considered in the local council of people’s deputies,” the Central Bank said in a statement.
On 12-13 December, the President visited the Khorezm region. During the visit, the head of state acquainted himself with the activities of agricultural and industrial enterprises. Also, Shavkat Mirziyoyev met with the leadership of the region.
After Mirziyoyev’s visit, khokims of Bogot, Urgench and Khiva districts were replaced.
