Adham Eshchanov returns to Finance Ministry

Adham Eshchanov has been appointed head of the Department of Budgetary Policy in Education, Science and Culture at the Finance Ministry.

Eshchanov was born in 1988 in the city of Urgench, Khorezm region. In 2011, he graduated from the Tashkent State University of Economics, in 2013, he completed a master’s degree from the same university.

Prior to his appointment, Eshchanov headed the Department for Development of Innovations, Digital Economy and Services of the Ministry of Economic Development and Poverty Reduction.
