Shavkat Abdurazzakov confirmed as khokim of Namangan region

In Namangan, an extraordinary session of the regional council of people’s deputies was held with the participation of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev. At the meeting, Shavkat Abdurazzakov, who had been serving as acting khokim of Namangan region since September 25, 2020, was confirmed to this post, Kun.uz correspondent reports.
 
“I recommend Shavkat Abdurazzakov for the post of the Namangan region khokim. I don’t think there is a better candidate than him now,” said the President.

Deputies unanimously approved the candidacy of Abdurazzakov for the post of khokim.
