Phanes Group will build a photovoltaic plant in Navoi region, Spot said referring to the press service of the Energy Ministry. The energy produced by the company will be purchased by the National Electric Grid of Uzbekistan.
The signed PVP Investment Agreement (IA) and Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) include the technical and commercial conditions for the construction, ownership and operation of a 200 MW AC solar PV plant, as well as a 60 km length to a 220/110 kV substation.
