Anvar Asamov appointed Deputy Minister of Agriculture
Anvar Asamov has been appointed Deputy Agriculture Minister of Uzbekistan – head of the main department for the development of the food industry.
Prior to his appointment – since 2020 – he had worked as Deputy Minister of Investments and Foreign Trade.
Anvar Asamov was born in 1976 in the city of Tashkent. He graduated from the Tashkent State Institute of Oriental Studies.
Throughout his career, he also served as First Deputy Chairman of the State Customs Committee.
