Coronavirus cases surpass 85 thousand in Uzbekistan

On April 11, another 192 people tested positive for coronavirus in the country. The total number of cases has reached 85,114.

According to the Ministry of Health, 120 cases were registered in the city of Tashkent, 7 – in Karakalpakstan, 2 – in Andijan, 5 – in Bukhara, 2 – in Jizzakh, 2 – in Namangan, 24 – in Samarkand, 3 – in Syrdarya, 10 – in Fergana, 2 – in Khorezm and 15 – in Tashkent region.

So far, 82,943 people have recovered from the disease in the country (98 percent).

Currently, 1,537 people are being treated in hospitals, 229 of them are in serious and 104 – in critical condition.
