Representatives of Uzbekistan and France discuss promoting inter-Afghan inclusive negotiations

On April 20, the Special Representative of the President of Uzbekistan for Afghanistan Ismatulla Irgashev met with Charge d'Affaires of France in Uzbekistan Brice Roquefeuil.

The parties discussed the current situation in Afghanistan and exchanged views on practical measures of the international community to promote inter-Afghan inclusive negotiations.

The French side was informed about the efforts of Uzbekistan to resolve the Afghan problem, as well as the priority directions of our country’s policy for the economic reconstruction of Afghanistan.
