Coronavirus: Number of patients in hospitals exceed 3,800

On May 9, 362 people tested positive for coronavirus in Uzbekistan, bringing the total number of cases to 94,759.

According to the Ministry of Health, 200 cases were registered in the city of Tashkent, 7 – in Karakalpakstan, 6 – in Andijan, 4 – in Bukhara, 2 – in Jizzakh, 5 – in Kashkadarya, 4 – in Navoi, 5 – in Namangan, 46 – in Samarkand, 7 – in Syrdarya, 4 – in Surkhandarya, 10 – in Fergana, 8 – in Khorezm and 54 – in Tashkent region.

So far, 90,292 people have recovered from the disease in the country. Currently, 3,805 patients are being treated in hospitals.
