Statistics Committee announces Uzbekistan’s foreign trade turnover for Jan-May 2021
The foreign trade turnover of Uzbekistan amounted to $14.6 billion in January-May 2021, the State Statistics Committee said in a statement.
According to the committee’s report, exports amounted to $5.7 billion (products - $3.7 billion; services - $876.4 million).
During the reporting period, the country imported $8.8 billion worth of products and services (products - $8.3 billion, services - $511.4 million).
Earlier it was reported that Uzbekistan spent $4.6 million in January-May 2021 for the import of 205 electric vehicles.
