Nearly 500 people test positive for coronavirus, over 200 for pneumonia

On July 7, 490 people were diagnosed with coronavirus and 208 with pneumonia in Uzbekistan.

According to the Ministry of Health, the total number of registered coronavirus cases has reached 114,529.

Reportedly, 166 COVID-19 cases were registered in the city of Tashkent, 33 – in Karakalpakstan, 27 – in Andijan, 21 – in Bukhara, 37 – in Jizzakh, 21 – in Kashkadarya, 10 – in Navoi, 20 – in Namangan, 31 – in Samarkand, 22 – in Syrdarya, 22 – in Surkhandarya, 19 – in Fergana, 18 – in Khorezm and 48 – in Tashkent region.

Also, 2 patients died yesterday. The official death toll is at 760.

As of July 7, the number of recovered stands at 110,041 (+365).
