US dollar exchange rate reaches 10,700 soums mark in commercial banks

Several banks in Uzbekistan on Thursday, July 15, raised the US dollar exchange rate.

Many of them have set the purchase rate at 10,640 soums and the sale at 10,710 soums. For the first time, the exchange rate of the dollar has surpassed the 10,700 soums mark.

The last time the US currency showed an upward trend was on Tuesday, July 13.

It should be noted that the Central Bank has been publishing currency exchange rates every day, not once a week as it used to do previously.
