Coronavirus and pneumonia: Nearly 1,200 new cases registered
On July 20, 698 people tested positive for coronavirus and 478 for pneumonia in Uzbekistan.
According to the Ministry of Health, the total number of registered coronavirus cases has reached 121,329.
Reportedly, 110 COVID-19 cases were registered in the city of Tashkent, 86 – in Karakalpakstan, 16 – in Andijan, 16 – in Bukhara, 87 – in Jizzakh, 16 – in Kashkadarya, 15 – in Navoi, 32 – in Namangan, 65 – in Samarkand, 24 – in Syrdarya, 84 – in Surkhandarya, 58 – in Fergana, 10 – in Khorezm and 79 – in Tashkent region.
Also, 4 patients died yesterday. The official death toll is at 810.
As of July 20, the number of recovered stands at 116,009 (+495).
