Uzbekistan carries out construction works worth nearly 50 trillion soums in six months
In January-June 2021, construction works worth 48.6 trillion were carried out in Uzbekistan. The growth rate compared to the corresponding period of 2020 is 100.1%.
According to the State Statistics Committee, state-owned enterprises completed 1.9 trillion soums worth of construction works (4.1%) during the reporting period, non-state organizations – 46.6 trillion soums (95.9%).
The total volume of construction works carried out by large construction companies amounted to 12.1 trillion soums, by small enterprises and micro-firms – 27.5 trillion soums.
Nearly ¼ of all completed construction works falls on Tashkent – 23.8%.
