Electric locomotive collides with a truck in Surkhandarya

An electric locomotive collided with a HOWO truck in the Surkhandarya region. According to preliminary data, the heavy truck driver tried to cross the crossing in the wrong place, the press service of the State Traffic Safety Department reports.

The incident happened on September 9, 09:20, at the railway crossing passing through the “Azlarsoy” mahalla of the Kumkurgan district, Surkhandarya region.

It is noted that the truck driver was hospitalized with bodily injuries.

The details of incident are being studied by the operational investigative group.
