Inflation hits 1.1% in September

Goods and services in the consumer sector rose by an average of 1.1% in September, the State Statistics Committee reported.

According to the committee, the growth rate of prices in the consumer sector was 5.9%, and the average monthly growth rate was 0.6%.

In annual growth, the growth rate of the consumer price index reached 10.8%.

Earlier it was reported that Uzbekistan’s foreign trade turnover amounted to $25 billion in January-August 2021. Of this, $9.3 billion – exports, and $15.7 billion – imports.
