Coronavirus: Total officially reported cases near 177 thousand in Uzbekistan
On October 6, 487 people were diagnosed with coronavirus, 26 with pneumonia in Uzbekistan.
According to the Ministry of Health, the total number of registered coronavirus cases has reached 176,964 (+487).
Reportedly, 221 COVID-19 cases were registered in the city of Tashkent, 24 – in Karakalpakstan, 15 – in Andijan, 7 – in Bukhara, 10 – in Jizzakh, 7 – in Kashkadarya, 4 – in Navoi, 14 – in Namangan, 32 – in Samarkand, 8 – in Syrdarya, 7 – in Surkhandarya, 25 – in Fergana, 12 – in Khorezm and 101 – in Tashkent region.
5 COVID-19 patients died yesterday, the official death toll – 1,260.
As of October 6, the number of recovered stands at 172,257 (+432).
Also, 26 people tested positive for pneumonia on Wednesday, bringing the total number of cases to 27,398. According to the Ministry of Health, 38 of them recovered yesterday (25,750 in total).
