Coronavirus and pneumonia: A total of around 350 new cases reported on Oct 18
On October 18, 342 people were diagnosed with coronavirus, 11 with pneumonia in Uzbekistan.

According to the Ministry of Health, the total number of registered coronavirus cases has reached 181,654 (+342).
Reportedly, 125 COVID-19 cases were registered in the city of Tashkent, 15 – in Andijan, 14 – in Bukhara, 12 – in Jizzakh, 3 – in Kashkadarya, 2 – in Navoi, 15 – in Namangan, 41 – in Samarkand, 13 – in Syrdarya, 4 – in Surkhandarya, 20 – in Fergana, 15 – in Khorezm and 63 – in Tashkent region.
2 COVID-19 patients died yesterday, the official death toll – 1,292.
As of October 18, the number of recovered stands at 177,529 (+316).
Also, 11 people tested positive for pneumonia on Monday, bringing the total number of cases to 27,568.
