Think tanks of Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan agree on deepening cooperation

The Center for Economic Research and Reforms (CERR) signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communications (CAERC) of Azerbaijan.

At the invitation of the Azerbaijani side, Uzbek scientific circles visit Baku on October 26-30 with the aim of deepening cooperation between the think tanks of Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan, scientific exchange between CERR and CAERC.

During the visit of the Uzbek delegation, an MoU was signed. The memorandum provides for joint research and analysis by specialists from both centers, the organization of seminars and events, the study of the organization of scholarship programs and the implementation of mutually beneficial projects.

As part of the visit of the Uzbek delegation to Azerbaijan, a number of meetings were also organized in the Presidential Administration of Azerbaijan, the National Assembly, state agencies for the provision of services to citizens and social innovations ASAN and DOST, the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBIA) under the Ministry of Economy, Azexport (azerport.az) and Digital Trade Center.
