Military town in Tashkent offered for sale

A military town in the Chilanzar district of Tashkent has been put up for sale, relevant information appeared on the e-auction portal.

According to the State Assets Management Agency, a relevant decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of August 26, 2021, serves as a basis for the privatization of the facility.

The facility was built in 1940, the total area of the land plot is 27.86 hectares, buildings and other structures occupy 29.8 thousand square meters of land.

The initial cost of the facility is 204.9 billion soums. Applications will be accepted until December 11, the auction will be held on December 13.
