Procedure for registration and management of pension affairs may change in Uzbekistan

The Ministry of Finance has developed a draft order “On Amendments to the Instruction on the Procedure for Registration and Management of Pension Affairs, as well as the Forms of Pension Documents and the Rules for Their Filling”.

As Norma reports, for registration of a pension file, documents relating to the appointment of pensions and other payments, as well as registration of applications, the Pension Fund department will keep registration books in e-form in the information system (except for the registration book of the issued certificate to pensioners).

The correctness of the registration of the pension case will be entrusted to the sector for assigning (recalculating) pensions, benefits, and other payments, control over the observance of the unified procedure for registration and management of pension affairs – on the head of the sector, and general control – on the head of the Pension Fund department.

The project proposes new forms of applications for the appointment of pensions, compensation cash payments for paying housing and communal services, for the recalculation of pensions and social benefits, the resumption of the payment of pensions and social benefits, etc.
