Six companies from Uzbekistan allowed to import their tomatoes to Russia again

Rosselkhoznadzor allowed to resume deliveries from November 15, Sputnik Uzbekistan reported.
According to the department, this decision was made based on the results of a quarantine phytosanitary examination of tomato samples. They were selected during joint video inspections.
The ban was lifted in relation to six enterprises from the Tashkent region - Agro Light, Angren agro gold invest, Angren Istiqlol Baraka, Samarali Savdo Niyat, Sevar Shaxnoz Baraka and TNA Agroinvest.
Since July 22, the Rosselkhoznadzor has introduced temporary restrictions on the supply of tomatoes and peppers to Russia from the Tashkent region. The brown wrinkle virus and the pepino mosaic virus were found in the vegetables.
