These gas stations have illegally used the natural gas which is the daily consumption of 100,000 households, Uznews.uz reports.
On November 17, the staff of the Ministry of Energy visited the CNG filling stations Shirin Petrol LLC located in Chirchik city, Tashkent region, and Clean Gas Service LLC located in Tashkent district. An inspection was carried out on compliance with the rules of use of natural gas at these stations.
During the study, it was found that only 2 “entrepreneurs” illegally used 1 million 635 thousand cubic meters of natural gas which is the daily consumption of 100 thousand households.
In particular, the inspection revealed that Shirin Petrol LLC caused damage worth 1 billion 274 million 700 thousand soums as a result of recalculation due to the possibility of external influences on electronic gas metering equipment and non-compliance of the configuration setting with the requirements of technological instructions.
Also, in addition to the contract documents, Clean Gas Service LLC over-installed 1 compressor device. It was also revealed that 360.5 million soums were looted as a result of recalculation carried out by the LLC.
Based on the above, the inspection documents were sent to law enforcement agencies for taking further action within the legislation.
