Several banks in Uzbekistan have set the purchase rate at 10,730 – 10,790 soums and the sale at 10,830 soums. For the first time, the exchange rate of the dollar has reached the 10,830 soums mark.
The last time the US currency showed an upward trend was on November 19, when it was sold for 10,820 soums.
It should be noted that since mid-February of the current year, the Central Bank has been publishing currency exchange rates every day, not once a week as it used to do previously.
