The Bukhara Oil Refinery has sold the first batch of AI-98 gasoline of its own production, the press service of Uzbekneftegaz writes.
The deal took place on December 2 at the morning session of the commodity exchange. The buyer was a company from Tashkent ITP INTER TOPFULL PETROL, which purchased 60 tons of fuel at 12.92 million soums per ton.
Local production of AI-98 gasoline began at the Bukhara Oil Refinery in September. Preparatory studies have been carried out since the beginning of 2021.
AI-98 gasoline is used primarily in cars with engines with an increased compression ratio (12-14). It increases engine power and improves acceleration performance with lower fuel consumption.
In January this year, the plant launched the production of high-quality AI-95 QuWatt gasoline. In addition to it, the plant now produces AI-80, AI-91, AI-92 gasoline and other products.
