Coronavirus cases near 197 thousand in Uzbekistan

According to the Ministry of Health, the total number of registered coronavirus cases has reached 196,900 (+161).

Reportedly, 59 COVID-19 cases were registered in the city of Tashkent, 1 – in Karakalpakstan, 11 – in Andijan, 12 – in Bukhara, 6 – in Jizzakh, 3 – in Navoi, 4 – in Namangan, 15 – in Samarkand, 2 – in Syrdarya, 2 – in Surkhandarya, 9 - in Fergana, 10 – in Khorezm and 27 – in Tashkent region.

3 COVID-19 patients died yesterday, bringing the official death toll to 1,456.

As of December 17, the number of recovered stands at 193,709 (+231).
