Coronavirus cases start rising in Uzbekistan
On January 6, 251 people were diagnosed with coronavirus in Uzbekistan.

According to the Ministry of Health, the total number of registered coronavirus cases has reached 199,758 (+251).
Reportedly, 120 COVID-19 cases were registered in the city of Tashkent, 1 – in Karakalpakstan, 9 – in Andijan, 4 – in Bukhara, 8 – in Jizzakh, 3– in Navoi, 3 – in Namangan, 36 – in Samarkand, 1 – in Syrdarya, 2 – in Surkhandarya, 5 – in Fergana, 12 – in Khorezm and 47 – in Tashkent region.
3 COVID-19 patients died yesterday, bringing the official death toll to 1,488.
As of January 6, the number of recovered stands at 196,851 (+93).
