Coronavirus: Total registered cases nearing 200 thousand in Uzbekistan

According to the Ministry of Health, the total number of registered coronavirus cases has reached 199,972 (+214).
Reportedly, 80 COVID-19 cases were registered in the city of Tashkent, 3 – in Karakalpakstan, 8 – in Andijan, 6 – in Bukhara, 15 – in Jizzakh, 6 – in Kashkadarya, 2– in Navoi, 5 – in Namangan, 46 – in Samarkand, 2 – in Syrdarya, 2 – in Surkhandarya, 10 – in Fergana, 10 – in Khorezm and 19 – in Tashkent region.
4 COVID-19 patients died yesterday, bringing the official death toll to 1,492.
As of January 7, the number of recovered stands at 196,952 (+101).
