Internet users in Uzbekistan exceed 27 million – ministry official
The number of Internet users in Uzbekistan exceeds 27 million, of which more than 25 million are mobile Internet users, said Sherzod Akhmatov, the press secretary of the Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications.

It is noted that in 2021 the capacity of the data transmission network increased 1.5 times.
Tariffs for Internet services for operators and providers have been reduced by 42.9% compared to the same period last year.
95% of the population is covered by mobile internet, 54% of households have access to high-speed internet.
