Statistics Committee names provinces with the largest number of construction companies

In 2021, 6,341 new construction companies were established in the republic.

As of January 1, 2022, the number of construction companies operating in the regions:

• Samarkand region – 3,280 
• Andijan region – 3,132
• Bukhara region – 2,859 
• Surkhandarya region – 2,737 
• Karakalpakstan – 2,405 
• Namangan region – 2,398 
• Jizzakh region – 2,037
• Khorezm region – 2,025
• Navoi region – 1,685
