Coronavirus: Daily infection cases surpassed 700 on Jan 12

According to the Ministry of Health, the total number of registered coronavirus cases has reached 202,473 (+714).

Reportedly, 387 COVID-19 cases were registered in the city of Tashkent, 12 – in Karakalpakstan, 11 – in Andijan, 6 – in Bukhara, 51 – in Jizzakh, 29 – in Kashkadarya, 4– in Navoi, 9 – in Namangan, 39 – in Samarkand, 12 – in Syrdarya, 6 – in Surkhandarya, 14 – in Fergana, 25 – in Khorezm and 109 – in Tashkent region.

3 COVID-19 patients died yesterday, bringing the official death toll to 1,508.

As of January 12, the number of recovered stands at 197,703 (+228).
