COVID-19: Over 1.1 thousand new cases reported on Jan 26
On January 26, 1,174 people were diagnosed with coronavirus in Uzbekistan.

The Ministry of Health reported that the total number of registered coronavirus cases has reached 218,477 (+1,117).
Reportedly, 451 COVID-19 cases were registered in the city of Tashkent, 63 – in Karakalpakstan, 47 – in Andijan, 26 – in Bukhara, 42 – in Jizzakh, 22 – in Kashkadarya, 22 – in Navoi, 51 – in Namangan, 41 – in Samarkand, 19 – in Syrdarya, 39 – in Surkhandarya, 129 – in Fergana, 52 – in Khorezm and 113 – in Tashkent region.
2 COVID-19 patients died yesterday, bringing the official death toll to 1,551.
As of January 26, the number of recovered stands at 208,018 (+1,291).
Also, 125 people tested positive for pneumonia on Wednesday.
