Gov’t may ban celebrities from appearing in ads to endorse medicines
This requirement is stated in the new edition of the law “On advertisements”, which was recently discussed in the Senate.

According to the document, not only artists, but also medical workers and persons imitating the appearance of doctors may be banned from appearing in health ads.
Also, it is planned to supplement the law with new concepts, such as “improper advertising” and “hidden advertising”.
TV channels may also prohibit TV commercials from interrupting programs lasting less than ten minutes.
