Maximum speed near schools and kindergartens to be reduced to 30 km/h
During today’s videoconference meeting, the President instructed to reduce the maximum speed limit near schools and kindergartens to 30 km/h.
The head of state said that on some busy streets, the speed will be reduced from 70 km/h to 60 km/h.
During the meeting, the head of state also spoke about why the number of road accidents is regularly growing in the country.
Earlier it was reported that Uzbekistan will completely revise and change the system of training drivers of vehicles.
In addition, it is possible that a points system will soon be introduced in the field of traffic.
