Uzbekistan imported about $43 million worth of tea in 2021
Last year, Uzbekistan imported 32.2 thousand tons of tea from 24 countries for $42.8 million.

According to the State Statistics Committee, tea imports increased by 836 tons compared to 2020.
During the reporting period, the republic imported tea mainly from the following countries:
- China - 25.8 thousand tons
- Kenya - 2.2 thousand tons
- Iran - 1.4 thousand tons
- India - 572 tons
- Indonesia - 523 tons
- Shri Lanka - 436 tons
- Vietnam - 430 tons
- Russia - 396 tons
- UAE - 239 tons
- Kazakhstan - 34.3 tons
- Turkey - 23 tons
- Pakistan - 23 tons
- Georgia - 15.6 tons
- Azerbaijan - 10.4 tons
- Ukraine - 8.4 tons
- Germany - 1.9 tons
